  1. Co-design of the product

    • Our technical department supports the Customers in optimizing product design according to the production technology that we apply. This will be the key to minimize common issues that usually arise during injection molding process, without having any impact on product critical dimensions, functionality, appearance, and compliance.

  2. R&D Prototyping

    • Possibility to provide samples according to the CAD model using different rapid-prototyping technologies.

  3. Mold design

    • All molds are designed with main attention to enhancing the cooling step in order to minimize the cycle time and maximize the quality of the final product.

    • From the simplest to the most complex mold, Rispa is able to provide you with several unique capabilities.

      • Co-molding: IM process in which different two or more materials are molded together in a single object. 

      • Cube concept: rotating mold in which different process phases will take place at the same time in different sides of the same mold. This concept provides great benefits in terms of cycle time reduction.

      • Double-Cube concept & In-mold automation: two different components (also made of different polymers) are molded simultaneously and assembled directly in the mold, with possibility to carry out components’ hot welding, coding, pressure test and other activities. In this process it is possible to avoid the usual automation necessary to assemble and control different components, with massive savings in terms of investment, footprint, manpower and energy. 

  4. Pilot Mold & Serial Mold production

    • Pilot molds to quickly test the functionality of the proposal or multiple production possibilities.

    • Optimal transfer into serial production molds

  5. Mold optimization, fine tuning & maintenance

    • Possibility to intervene on existing molds by improving process parameters and conditioning system performance, reducing cycle time and maximizing final product quality. All in all, more productivity, better quality and lower costs.

6. IM Contract Manufacturing

  • We produce components in our ISO 7 patented clean room, with maximum use of automation in order to deliver the best quality and accommodate any production scale needed.

  • ​Product & process validation: we support our Clients in the validation of products and processes according to the current applicable norms (ISO 13485)

7. Automatic 100% quality control

  • Along with our technological Partners, we develop 100% quality control systems based on the specificity of the final products, with the standard human random check, to give our Customers the best quality assurance ever.  

8. Customized clean rooms

  • We provide our Customers with the possibility to carry out their production into our premises by renting spaces into our ISO 8 assembly clean room

  • We develop "custom-made" patented modular clean rooms on Customer’s available footprint. Our system is designed to reach ISO 6 requirements with incredibly fast delivery & installation as well as extremely efficient air and surface costs.

  • Moreover, our modular clean room system provides an excellent surface/injection press ratio and is easily expandable.

9. Assembly & automation

  • We provide Customers with spaces, technologies and trained personnel for the creation of complex products and assemblies. Alternatively, we support our Customers with the development of automatic solutions and tailor-made machinery, with the aim of maximizing efficiency and reducing assembly costs.
